Practice Administrator
In her role as Practice Administrator, Kristi oversees the general health of the business, including finances, marketing, strategy, partnerships and human resources. With an bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business, she provides technical and business acumen to the practice. Her career has included positions in the electronics, computer, software and acoustics sectors. She strives to uphold the quality of your experience at Chrysalis Cosmetics.
Patient Care Coordinator – Cheryl
Cheryl upholds the values of Chrysalis Cosmetics in her capacity as Patient Care Coordinator and Operating Room Technician. Back Office Coordinator – Connie
With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Connie has a deep understanding of effective customer service and client confidentiality. Connie’s unique blend of business savvy and medical training at the Medical Career College of Northern California make her an important part of the Chrysalis Cosmetics experience. Patient Care Coordinator / OR Supervisor – Taylor
Taylor’s experience in public relations brings confidence and professionalism to the office of Chrysalis Cosmetics. Taylor will help you from the clinic visit to the procedure. In her roles as Patient Care Coordinator and Operating Room Technician, she will be there helping you throughout the visits. She brings precision, excellent clinical skills and dependability to Chrysalis Cosmetics. Technician – Shaundree Doughty
Shaundree has been in the field for over seven years and also has an interest in color matching and skin care products. She is studying to be a nurse and is an excellent surgical technician in our operating room. She loves animals and owns a Husky. She sponsors the SPCA each year and volunteers her time to charitable causes routinely. She has been a team member for over three years.
Our Anesthetist – Marilou Wagner CRNA
Marilou Wagner has over thirty years experience with patient care. She specializes in cosmetic anesthesia. From light sedation or twilight to general anesthesia, she offers a wide variety of techniques for your individual procedure and needs. Marilou enjoys what she does and it shows. She remains current in all aspects of anesthesia and specializes in gentle emergence. She is a certified registered nurse anesthetist.
Back Office and Billing Coordinator – Kristin
Kristin has over ten years experience in billing, scheduling, and working with insurance companies. In her role as Back Office Assistant, she provides support for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and marketing. She is the primary liason with insurance companies and will guide you through the approval and billing process. She enjoys helping people and seeing the good in things. Front Office Coordinator – Shannon Briggs
Shannon draws upon her experience in cosmetology and skin care as well as her customer service and management skills to allow her to better assist you through your transformation process. Shannon is a Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Cosmotologist.
